Planning Ahead for a Walt Disney Trip

I am a planner. It’s just something I love to do.  For traveling I LOVE to plan ahead for a few reasons.  One is I love having something to look forward to, but there are so many other good reasons to plan ahead.  If a trip to Walt Disney world is on your agenda it is ALWAYS a great idea to plan ahead!  Here are a few great reasons why:

  1. If you plan ahead you have a much better chance snagging a room at the hotel of your choice! There are a lot of resorts to choose from but they book up very quickly, especially during the busiest times!
  2. If you have a reservation set, your travel agent can be on the lookout for any discounts or promotions that might apply to your specific hotel and dates and then modify your reservation to include the discount when it comes out.
  3. Dining reservations can be made 180 days in advance. If you want to eat with Mickey Mouse, the Princesses, or at one of the most popular restaurants like Be Our Guest, you must make reservations on the 180 day mark! These reservations fill up very quickly!
  4. Walt Disney World has an excellent payment and cancellation policy! It is only $200 a room to secure a Walt Disney World reservation! The remainder of the balance is paid 45 days before travel! You can pay in installations up until that day or pay in full at that time! If you cancel before this you will be refunded your $200 deposit.

I am currently booking for the holiday seasons of 2017 and all of 2018! It’s not too late to book something for Fall Break, Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas and it’s NOT too early to get a trip on the books for 2018!!  Right now Walt Disney World is running a promotion for discounted rooms and discounted room, ticket and dining packages for the winter and early spring! I would love to get you booked for a magical memory making trip at Walt Disney World!

I would love to hear from you!
